I have not self attested my documents of pg course and there is no correction form available for pg, what can i do now?

It wont be a problem, but make sure to keep the documents with you ready at the time of admission at whichever college you are allotted seat. Filling two forms isn't an option because both forms can be cancelled in that case which is risky. Also try to be a little more careful while filling the application forms next time.
