You need not to worry about the same.
The questions in JEE mains are asked 50% from 11th and 50% from 12th.
So,as of now focus on 12th completely and revise it well. The preparations will end by the end of the year.
Then you can start with basics of 11th again for some months. However, you have to appear boards as well. So keep few months for boards and revise 12th from JEE point of view as well during those months.
You will get nearly 1 and half months after boards for JEE mains preparations. Try to finish the left over portions from 11th during those months and revise the ones you already studied before.
Note- Prepare a standard and smart time-table for yourself for the preparations. Follow the schedule strictly.
Books you need to cover to clear your concepts -
1.NCERT - This is the most important book to cover. Clear all your basic concepts in Physics,Chemistry and Maths from NCERTs. Most of the questions in JEE Mains are asked from NCERT books. However NCERTs have some difficult concepts as well which will take time. So you can prefer Pradeep's Fundamental Physics and Chemistry for 11th and 12th for easy understanding.
2.After NCERTs and Pradeep, start with H.C Verma in Physics and give mock tests. In case of Chemistry you can go for GRB publication books.
3.For Maths, after NCERT,try to finish the important chapters from R.D Sharma or the chapters in which you are good from R.D Sharma. Since R.D Sharma can't be finished easily in short span of time. So go with the chapters you can do well or the chapters which will cover important topics.
4.Give a lot of mock tests and revise well before the exam.
Along with this, check last 5 years JEE questions to understand the pattern and difficulty level. Determine your weak and strong areas from these papers. Prepare accordingly.
5. Subscribe to a good coaching centre. Appear the mock tests they provide regularly. Clear your concepts and ask doubts to your mentors or go for online clarifications of doubts. Prepare well from the materials they provide you for the preparations.
Have patience and study calmly. You can make it. Perseverance and determination are highly recommended.
