i have not submitted my income certificate in verification time..whether i may be a problem to my admission

Yes they do verify your parents income certificate at the time of seat allocation as well as the time of admission, in case you have not submitted your documents, they give you some time frame and then also if you fail to submit then you might loose your seat as well.
