I have not submitted online admission form. I have got 60% in Commerce stream. So can I get admission for B.COM.

first of all your percentage in commerce stream is less to get you some exceptionally good college and it clearly depends upon the area where you want to take admission like in Maharashtra there are lots of colleges where you can get admission into B.COM with this percentage.
So now there are some colleges where they provide you with the facility to fill offline forms go for that.
