Yes, you can do that. In the college again everything would start from the basics. It is not important that a student who has studied CS at school can only able to understand.

First of all, in every college wether it is private or government you would be taught from the basics.
Secondly, if you're going to get admission in Jadavpur University then please don't think about the private colleges of Orrisa because there are no comparison between the scenario of these two colleges.

Yes definitely u can ....There are lots of my friends who are studying cs in Jadavpur though they did not had computer science during 10+2.

Hello Satyam, Well, it doesn't matter much whether you opted for C++ course in 11 and 12th or not. The colleges teach everything from the beginning. They teach everything from "Printf()" statement to linked list and other things. Also, more than 60% students don't know anything about programming from the beginning, so you can go for CSE course as you won't face any problem due to the fact that you don't know to program.
