I have not uploaded Medical Certificate in NEET Registration form

There was no requirement specified for uploading medical certificate during filling the form for NEET 2019. However, for state counselling, the needed documents are mentioned on their official websites which also include medical certificate/ its performa for verification. You can download from there and carry it along for verification.
