Hello,
You have to follow a procedure. Previous year , you might not have gone through counseling process for which you haven't gone through document verification phase.
For this year, if you go for counseling then your documents will be verified in the nodal center by the authorized officials. There won't be any issue. There is no relation between what happened last year to current year.
