I have OBC category and PH quota. I got 590 marks and ranked 24000 AIR and 9th in PH category, I didn't apply for 1st round counselling, may I get a government seat in AIIMS Delhi in second round.
You have a very good chance to get into medical colleges based on your category rank, specifically for seats reserved for PwD candidates. However unfortunately because you did not register for the first round of counselling, your chances have been narrowed down. Nevertheless you can apply for the second round as there will be fresh filling of choices. You can always apply for the subsequent rounds of AIQ and lets hope for the best. Also, do not forget to apply for your state counselling
