I have obc category but according to state government can i apply in dtu or nsit under obc category?

Yes in case you belong to other Backward classes catagory and have the required documents to support it, then definitely you can apply to both Delhi Technological University and Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology under OBC category, there would not be any issues regarding the same.
