I have obc certificate and its validity but i dont hold NON CREAMY layer certificate. Will i get advantage in cutoff?

Hii rugved

Reservation for obc category is only given to candidates who belong to non creamy layer I.e who have income less than Rs 6,20,000. You will get advantage in cut off if you have non creamy layer obc certificate.
