I have obtained 12567th rank in AEEE. So which amrita campus would I get within this rank? also which courses would be available for me in amrita within this rank? also what would be the approximate fees for the course?

Actually the admission in amrita university depends upon two factors: rank in aeee and whether you are from state quota or not. With 12567th rank in aeee you can not get any seat with a open category or not having state quota. But if you have a state quota, you can get any branches in any amrita campus.
The tution fees in amrita is around 2.5lakh to 3 lakh per annum. Here is the 2019 fee structure:
