I have obtained 3934 rank in ipu cet bcom (hons) and i belong to general category (Outside Delhi).In which colleges can i get admission?

With your given rank in IPUCET for B.Com (H), according to last year cutoff you have a clear chance of getting admission in Raj Kumar Goel Engineering College,Hapur. But I would also suggest you to see for other options other than this college as many students studying there do not have a good experience.
