I have oec reservation in Kerala how many marks to need to get an admission in bpt merit seat

Bpt is bachalor of physiotherapy. This is the subject including the anatomy of human body. Infact it's 4 years duration course. If you want to take admission in this course then you have to minimum marks in 12th class 50% and science stream with English subject must.
Then you can take admission there. Some colleges take admission via merit list also some colleges take admission throgh the entrance examination. I'll provide you a link below you can check it for more details about the college
