i have one backlog in BA can i get admission in ignou for MA?

You can apply for M.A. in Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi, but by the start of the entrance exams and other admission formalities you must have cleared your backlogs. So, plan your schedule according to it. Apply for IGNOU, but also prepare well and try to clear your backlogs before the admission and others.

Hi, I've paid my IGNOU fees and applied for MA in July, but I have a backlog in BA which will be cleared in November. how do I re-post my cleared marksheet? and will I be provisionally admitted?
