i have one i dont see my llb cet result of nlc bcoz i dont have an a user id and password bcoz i fill a offline application form for exam

Your query is not clear, please make it so!
You should have been given a UID even in case of offline registration, please check once more. If you do not find it, visit the university/exam board campus physically and request for one.
