To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English. The candidates belonging to General Category should score a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 or HSC examination.

Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in their Class 12 or HSC examination.

For persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required, hope this helps , good luck

Yes you are eligible listen individual subject marks are not required you are been asked to be upto 50%aggregate marks in physics chemistry and biology combined in the boards since you have not told me about your physics chemistry marks please make sure that your aggregate marks of physics chemistry and biology in combined is upto 50%

Lower Age Limit: Candidates should complete 17 years at the time of admission or will completed on or before 31st December 2018

Upper limit : no



Unreserved Category (UR)Born before 1st January 2002

SC/ST/OBC CategoryBorn before 1st January 2002



Qualification Criteria



Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.

Subjects: Candidates must pass the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.

Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.

Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.

Hello Bikram, As per your query i would like to tell eligibility criteria for appearing in neet is, the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology at the qualifying examination.
