I'm aspiring for MBA 2019. I have one year of freelance content and social media experience, and since July I joined a full time job related to PR. Can I add my freelance work as work experience or where should I show it? I graduated in 2018, how would my profile look?

Shreya, your freelance work can add the diversity factor to your Academic profile. Please add it under your work experience. Most IIMs or Top B Schools for that matter consider work experience atleast that of 2 years before they can consider you as a fresher. So if you have 1 year freelancing work and 5 months of full time experience as of now, by the time admissions start rolling, you will put up another couple of months. That will be close to 2 years. So, any experience that you have gained over the years adds to your advantage and so we would suggest you not to let that go.
