I have only post graduation in history while I have pursued my graduation in science subjects now can I apply for those post where they mentioned graduation in history for a particular post????

From my research yes, you can apply for jobs which is mentioning an graduation in History.PG in History has wider understanding of History subject which is more from UG level.
Emoloyer can test your knowledge in History and if you have great depth it, then you can easily get a job even without UG History.
