see you have to study physical, organic and inorganic chemistry for jee main as well as neet preparation. studying only from physical chemistry would be help much. so follow any standard text book for concepts like ncert and then prepare mcq questions from arihant or tata macgraw books.
It is important to solve mcq problems from all chapters, there is no suggestion can be made for mcq topics. however for jee main exam give most focus or physical and inorganic parts, numerical problems.
