That depends on your preferences,do you prefer doing something with respect to Electronics,signals,semiconductors etc or do you want to do something pertaining to the field of computers.
IoT is a next gen technology and will soon encompass all our lives,it is a very in demand course as well.Do think about all factors before making a decision.
