Same issue with me. Submitted application fees of 1200/- (through a bank challan with CANARA Bank) for CTET - December 2021, my application submission status is still shown as INCOMPLETE and an according Acknowledgment for it still being unavailable.

It has been 72 hours since I have submitted the application fees and while I am writing this, the status still remains as INCOMPLETE.
No one is responding my queries / concerns regarding this from CTET either through mail or phone. Although the phone lines are either always coming as busy or says that this number is not in use.

If someone knows a way out, as to how this situation can be resolved, will appreciate valuable comments and suggestions

I paid the CTET fees(1200 rs) by using the Upi payment mode via GOOGLE PAY . In my phone I had got a msg of money debited by CBSE .but after payment done successfully on my page it is showing transaction incomplete and my money is deducted from my account and I don't know what I do now so kindly help me I can not pay the fees again.
