I have paid fees for josaa counselling but it is not showing as complete I paid it on 28/10/21 around at 7:30pm

Your seat will not be confirmed if you do not pay the seat acceptance on or before the last date. If the transaction status is still incomplete but amount got debited you need to pay the seat acceptance fee once again. The amount that was debited previously will be refunded to the same bank account as the transaction is not successful. You need to contact the bank's customer executive and raise a ticket. Provide the transaction details such as transaction ID, Transaction amount and date. It will be refunded within 7-10 working days after registering the complaint.
