If the payment status is not successful you need to pay the fee once again. July 8, 2020 is the last date to make the online application fee for Karnataka PGCET MBA 2020. So once again try making the payment and the amount deduced in the earlier transaction will be refunded to you bank account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
