i have paid fees for the ts constable post 2022 but I didn't receive any confirmation of that application and my money is diducted from my account

You may reach out to the helpdesk in this regard, if money is deduced and payment isn't sucessful then within 7-10 days it will be reflected back in your bank account, you may be required to apply all over again to proceed further for filling up the application form.
