i have paid for cet form. amount is deducted but page is showing not paid.So i have done another transaction which is successfully paid. how can i get refund ?

IF first you have paid the amount you have wait for confirmation. If the confirmation is delayed then try to re-login into the page again and check the status. While doing the transaction you have take a note of transaction id number for references. So that you can check the details later. You have paid the amount second time and you want your first transaction to be refunded try to contact the concerned authority about the problem and write a mail to the authority about the issue and try to mention the transaction details like the transaction id number or a screenshot of the page you are transacting. It will be refunded soon .
