You have already done First phase counselling. So there is no need to pay any money you can directly attend web counselling . For more information you may contact to counselling office.

If you had  already paid the counselling fee for the first round and had completed your online certificate verification you needn't pay the fee's again for participating in the next round's of seat allotment. You will be required to pay fee if you  are confirming  the seat  that has been allotted to you in the subsequent round.

You need to pay the processing fee once again only then you will be able to exercise web options. You do not have to again verify your documents as your documents were already verified in first phase of counselling. The processing fee is Rs. 600 for candidates belonging to SC/ST category and for all other category candidates it is Rs.1200.
