I have paid full tution fees for my cse btech program of SRm university Chennai. I have received fee receipt and provisional allotment letter as well.But now I got their message that you haven't paid even 50 percent of tution fees and they were telling me that for payment detail check your mail .

Hello student,
since you have the payment receipt and the official provisional allotment letter with you, try contacting the college office claiming that you have paid the fees and that you have the receipt with you. Kindly see if there is any help desk available on the website of the university.
