i have paid jee mains fee twice.... 1st time amount was debited but not updated in application form... 2nd time i paid it was updated... so will i get my money back

Yes , your extra money paid will be refunded back and you need not worry about that. Whichever college you have taken admission the college would release the notice regarding the refund so and you have to provide or your bank details for the refund.
If the money is paid then you will get refunded if not updated by NTA. Now there can be some error in server for which it can show unpaid. So you should wait some time and it will also get credited in your account. Don't worry!
If its not credited contact NTA helpdesk or your bank for information.
