I have paid my first year fee in vit through RTGSC they accepted and confirmed my seat. what if I got a better college , vit will refund my first year fee or not

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes if you are exiting or leaving at the given time span then V.I.T will definitely refund the remaining fees. It totally depends on the time in which you are exiting is you are exiting early then more fees is refunded else deductions are more if time span increases.
