This might be happening because of improper network connection so don't worry if the payment has been deducted from your account then either it will be credited to the beneficiary's account or it will be refunded to your account within 72 working hours. So what you should do is just login to your seat allotment result and see whether payment is completed or not if not then wait for a while.
