I have paid the one year fees for college acquired by tnea counselling. Is it possible to get full fee refund within 15 days, if i wanted to change the college?

Yes you can apply for refund and it is clarified by Directorate of technical Education Chennai. The candidates who ever want refund of initial deposit has to fill application for it. The candidates need to mention name bank account details and college alloted details in the refined requisition letter.
