Hello dear student,

If you want to apply for the exam you can but why you will fill the exam of any government exam there if they will ask for your marks and also for the no objection certificate if you are in the the final year of your college. But if you have already completed your BTech then also you have to submit for the marksheets you have to check for which exam you are applying. I think it can be hard for you to apply for the exam with backlogs for any government entrance test.

Thank you

Dear Candidate,

No. You will have to clear your backlogs before you can be able to apply for Government Exams. Many government exams are quite strict with students who had any backlogs in their engineering course. Anyhow you need to clear your backlogs before you can even think of attempting a government exam. It is just one of things you need to hey cleared as early as possible.

Thanks.
