I have passed 10th from Icse board with 82% science group with 70% can I get admission in diploma

For diploma usually getting admitted is pretty easy. Most universities take into account the marks you have obtained in your boards and usually the minimum eligibility is to pass on your boards. Since you have got 70% that also in ICSE I guess you should easily qualify to get yourself admitted for diploma in any subject you want.
