I have passed 12 exam in science but fail in chemistry , have any course

Hi

If you have failed in chemistry but you are overall passed in your class 12 board examination with 5 subjects and your status on your marksheet or result is passed then yes you can definitely get it mission in graduation in courses like BA ITC for which chemistry in class 12 is not required but you cannot get it mission in graduation courses like BSc Chemistry, bsc Maths etc for which it is required to pass chemistry in class 12th as you have failed in it.
