I have passed 12 Science (CBSE) from Bangalore. Top 4 89.75% (PCB) + English. Is there any deduction in marks for DU admission.

No, there will not be any deduction of your marks in the DU admissions. You have passed your 12 boards from CBSE whose marks is directly taken into consideration without any deduction. It is the central board of Education in India and hence no scaling.
