Unfortunately, no. You cannot appear for JEE since you passed your class 12 exams two years ago, you are not eligible for the exam due to the missed consecutive 2 years attempts rule. You have to appear for the exam in the next two years of passing your 12th, otherwise, you cannot claim your attempts afterwards.
