If you are from general category then you need to have minimum 50% in PCB and if you are sc/st/obc candidate then 40% in pcb is enough for fulfilling the eligibility criteria for neet 2020.

offcourse you are eligible for neet ug 2020, if you fulfil the following criteria-
- Age Limit – Candidates who have attained 17 years of age and above are eligible for this exam. There is no upper age limit for NEET 2020 as per order of Supreme Court.
- Educational Qualification – Candidates who have completed or appearing in class 12 th with minimum 5 subjects including English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology as compulsory subjects can apply for the exam.
- Minimum Percentage Required – General candidates should score minimum 50%, general PwD – 45%, OBC/SC/ST – 45% and OBC/SC/ST PWD – 40%.
- Number of Attempts – There is no limit on the number of attempts for NEET 2020. Candidates can appear for the exam as many times as they want.
If you fulfil the following criteria then you can appear for neet 2020.

Since you have repeated your class 12th and must have got good marks for that i want to congratulate you.So from your subjects considering only physics chemistry and biology and combining them for percentage ,if you get a minimum of 60% than you are eligible for NEET 2020 . all the best for your exam.
