I have passed 12th class in 2019 and got 48% in up board exam. So can I take the admission again in 12th class in up board.

yes, you take another admission in 12th but if you can use only one marksheet in whole life. If you apply for readmission in 12th then your last 12th marksheet is useless. And careful about the usage of the new mark sheet, And your last year count as a drop from schooling.
