Yes you can pursue B. Com. after passing 12th in medical stream. Earlier it was necessary to study commerce in 12th to pursue B.Com (//B.Com) . But now science students can pursue B. Com.

B. Com. is a 3-year undergraduate program for students interested in accounts, commerce, business, management, finance,  etc. The eligibility criteria for B. Com. is to score 50% in class 12th from a recognized board.

Students can pursue many B. Com. courses after 12th:

Because You must pass your 12th grade exams from any stream in order to be admitted to the B.com programme. However, you must take an additional B.com topic linked to accounts. Therefore, you qualify for the B.com Course if you have passed your 12th grade exams from a recognised Board.

Any student who has completed their 12th grade and is a Science, Commerce, or Arts major is eligible to apply for a B.com degree. The eligibility requirements differ between colleges.
