I have passed 12th from ICSE Board. So can I attend IMU CET exam ?

Yes, absolutely. You can apply for IMU CET. The only thing you need to remember is to apply for Passport before you apply for this exam and you must have 60% in +2 PCM and 50% marks in English. Satisfying these conditions will make you eligible for IMU CET exam.
