I have passed 12th from MP Board in 2020 and I have not taken admission in any course then which code should I apply in NEET application form

As you told that you have completed your 12th in the year 2020 and you haven't joined any course, your code will be 02 or 03 for the NEET exam.
Code 02 is for the people who have completed their 12th examination.
Code 03 is for the people who have taken a drop or have taken a pre-degree examination from any Indian University.
Yours will be code 02.

As you have mentioned that you you have passed your 10+2 in 2020 so your highest qualification will be considered as 10+2 and in this case as per the rules the NEET qualification code which you should use is 2.

Complete NEET UG 2021 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-
** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.
