As you have passed 12th in 2018 and interested in IISER so let me tell you that there are three ways to take admission in IISER.:.
1.Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) channel
2. JointEntranceExamination (JEE-Advanced) of the Indian Institutes of Technology
3.State and Central Boards Channel (SCB)

YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION IN IISER. THE ONLY THING IS YOU SHOULD HAVE CUTOOF REQUIRED IN JEE ADVANCED OR IISER APTITUDE TEST OR KVPY FELLOWSHIP FOR THIS YEAR.
