Technically you are allowed 3 consecutive attempts at JEE Mains and 2 consecutive attempts at JEE Advanced. If you have taken first attempt at JEE Mains this year then you can give JEE Mains in 2021 and if you didn't take JEE Advanced this year you should have no problem to take it in 2021. But you should not wait for that long to be honest.

Yes, of course you can give JEE Mains and JEE Advance Exams in 2021. In fact there is no upper age limit for this Exam. But yeah there is attempt limit which is 3 times per candidate. So you might give it anytime. You may take your 2 remaining chances. This JEE Mains Exam is conducted twice a year. You may appear both times in a year. And if you qualify the JEE then you may give JEE Advance Exam conducted by IIT to get admission in any high reputed IIT.
