I have passed 12th science with below 50% and I am fall unreserved category but B.Sc. passed (chemistry) subject with 60%. So could i eligible for NEET exam?

First of all your overall 12th percentage obtained by you is not considered for Neet eligibility
Also,
It's okay, if your percentage in 12th board is less than 50% but what is your aggregate percentage in PCB i. e physics chemistry and Biology in 12th board
As
only your aggregate in in PCB in class 12th board examination is considered for Neet eligibility criteria
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
So,
You being from general category
if your aggregate percentage in PCB in 12th board examination is at least 50% then yes you are eligible for Neet examination otherwise you are not eligible
