I have passed 12th with 86.6%marks and 92.6% marks in pcm can I take admission in Du for physics honours

Congrats on such wonderful marks. Yes, you can take admission in B.Sc Physics Hons but the cutoff this year I likely to reach 95-96.
However you can wait, the first cutoff will be out soon within 2-3 days.
