Hello,

As you have not given jee main then you can go for state joint entrance examination and go for state governed institutes. You can also give good private colleges entrance papers like vitee, srm. And there are some private colleges which does not take the entrance exams. You can also go for that.

Yes you can take admission through management quota which is kept reserved in many colleges. Search for a college which will be suitable for you and choose a branch which you like and take an admission. There are some colleges even who take Candidates on the basis of +2 marks too. You have to search for them. And Don't waste your one year and join a good college and start learning.
