yes, you can pursue your m.tech in computer science engineering. see you need to give gate from computer science department. and you need to study the syllabus of computer science. some iits allow other stream gate score to get admission in computer science related subjects. but most of the cases interdisciplinary subjects are allowed. hope you have understand.
