Ghaziabad is considered as UP it also depends which address is mentioned in your aadhar if it's of any state with pincode not of Delhi u will be considered as outside delhi

i live in vasundhara which is just 13-14 minutes away from delhi as ghaziabad is a part of delhi NCR

also sir i m confused as whether should i fill inside delhi sc or outside delhi sc in jac delhi registration form, will i get rejected for outside delhi sc quota when will i go to college for document submission/verification as i've passed my school from delhi nct?

Does DTU checks SC certificate issued by delhi govt in theri sc list? because my schooling was done in delhi and i have sc certificate but my caste not comes under delhi sc list but it is issued by delhi govt. does I get benefits? because my friend is in DTU (st) category & had not faced any issue.
