I have passed clas 10t and class 12th from (SSC & HSC) from the CBSC Board and college situated in Maharashtra state and also living in maharashtra for last 10 Years. so I want to know in which category of state quata i will come. Whethere I will be considerd i Maharashtra state seat Quata or not.

You are eligible to opt for Maharashtra State quota as you done your schooling and intermediate from maharashtra board.
to be specific there are some category :-
1. domicile of state, did schooling and given exam from the state board.
2. Parents are from state
3. Parents are working in state government
4. parents used to work in the state government and got retired now.
5. a candidate has qualified HSC or any recognised exam from maharastra - karnataka border region.
you come in 1st category and you can opt for state board.
