Hello,
A candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year of passing in 10+2 or its equivalent so by this you can appear for JEE Main 2021, 2022 and 2023. Whether or not you appear for JEE Main in particular year your last chance to appear for JEE Main would be in the year 2023.
A A candidate can appear for JEE Advanced for two consecutive years from the year of passing in 10+2 or its equivalent so based on the criteria you can appear for JEE Advanced in 2021 and 2022. By 2023 you would exhaust all the chances that you have so JEE Advanced 2022 would be your last attempt whether or not you appear for JEE Advanced you cannot appear for JEE Advanced after 2022. As you want to drop two years you can appear for JEE Main 2023 but not JEE Advanced 2023.
